Shipping cost
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and service level (Standard or Express).
Processing time (order placed → order shipped)
- Canada & USA: Orders are processed within up to 3 business days.
- International: Orders are processed within up to 4 business days.
- Holiday peak (e.g., Christmas, New Year’s, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Easter): Processing may take up to 8 business days before dispatch (international may take up to 9 business days).
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
We aim to dispatch no later than the 5th business day from the order date (international: no later than the 6th business day).

Estimated transit times once the parcel leaves our studio:
Canada
- Standard: ~2–8 business days
- Express: ~1–3 business days
USA
- Standard: ~4–10 business days
- Express: ~2–5 business days
International (outside USA)
- Standard: ~6–14 business days
- Express: ~3–7 business days
Notes: Delivery windows are estimates provided by carriers and can vary by destination, weather, customs, or carrier volume.
Duties & taxes
🇨🇦 → 🇺🇸 heads-up, friend, we are a Canadian company! U.S. customs may ask for duties/taxes on arrival. Those fees are set by your border, not us.
For other international destinations, local customs/import fees may also apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
